Coeus London designed and managed the refurbishment and amalgamation of two flats to create a large family duplex unit.

Working from an existing consent we prepared a programme that worked around the needs of the family to minimise disruption of their day-to-day lives adding valuable space and maximising every corner of the new unit to the owners meticulous style.
