Coeus London worked with the developer/contractor under a design and build contract to redesign the existing consented scheme and deliver 9 units (5 mews houses and 4 apartments).

Working from an existing consent we prepared a programme that worked around the needs of the family to minimise disruption of their day-to-day lives adding valuable space and maximising every corner of the new unit to the owners meticulous style.
