Led by founder Dimitrios Dakos, the team at Coeus London is distinguished by its wealth of experience in delivering high-quality design and projects. The company was founded in 2017 by Dimitrios with the intention of providing clients and partners with a single point of contact, one they can trust to look after them and their interests. Consequently, we are able to offer a comprehensive build solution. Our method of design and development assesses the feasibility of your project from both design and financial perspectives. With a clear understanding of that feasibility we create a clear path and plan to achieve your goals.

At COEUS we believe in the role of the architect as general coordinator for your project. Embracing the multifaceted roles of the architect and developer we blend responsibilities to minimise your risk and complications throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.
We bring together creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to transform a client’s vision into a tangible and functional high quality building. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and vision for the project. Over the years, we have honed our ability to creatively problem-solve and address challenges that may arise throughout the project. Our output includes creating design concepts, sketches, and plans, extending to technical drawings and contract administration.
